Yella 2010 Application Form

  1. Applications will be considered as they are received, from Sept 1 - Oct 17, 2009 (or until tour is filled).
  2. Because this is a group experience, successful applicants will be determined based on balance in gender, age and life experience.
  3. Commitment to group fundraising is important, as group fundraising efforts are intended to reduce the total cost of the trip for all participants.
  4. A $250 non-refundable deposit is due at the introductory meeting of successful applicants. This meeting will be held on the afternoon/evening of Nov. 14 in the GTA or Kitchener-Waterloo area.
