- Applications will be considered as they are received, from Sept 1 - Oct 17, 2009 (or until tour is filled).
- Because this is a group experience, successful applicants will be determined based on balance in gender, age and life experience.
- Commitment to group fundraising is important, as group fundraising efforts are intended to reduce the total cost of the trip for all participants.
- A $250 non-refundable deposit is due at the introductory meeting of successful applicants. This meeting will be held on the afternoon/evening of Nov. 14 in the GTA or Kitchener-Waterloo area.
