Mennonite Initiative for Solar Energy (MISE)

Welcome to the official launch of MISE 2010.Over the coming weeks we'll be unrolling a number of resources, including a guide to going solar, a vendor list and Mennonite solar testimonials.

Learn how YOU can go solar to care for creation!

The purpose of MISE is to develop and provide resources that increase the capacity of constituents to live sustainably through:
a)    raising energy consumption questions
b)    connecting constituents with resources on solar energy
c)    mobilizing churches to adopt solar energy
d)    fostering relationships to share ideas on caring for creation

The main component of the MISE program is the newsletter. It includes the following features:
Energy Matters – A reflection to explore energy consumption and daily discipleship
Another Perspective – Links to other blogs, articles and organizations that are engaging renewable energy locally and abroad
News and Events – All the latest resources from MCCO to help you go solar

Subscribe to the MISE newsletter today to get started.

Please contact us if you have any questions about solar energy and the need to care for God's creation.
